017-Day Refund Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial paid subscription purchase.

The 7-day refund guarantee applies only to a customer’s first paid subscription to CREUW.AI and does not apply to subscription renewals, previously refunded accounts, or other recurring charges.

To request a refund, contact CREUW.AI within 7 days of the original purchase and provide the email address associated with your account.

02Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges and will continue to have access to CREUW.AI through the end of the period already paid for.

03Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day refund guarantee following the initial purchase. After the 7-day period, annual subscription payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation of an annual subscription prevents the subscription from renewing for another year but does not result in a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

04AI Usage and Third-Party Costs

CREUW.AI may incur third-party costs when processing documents, performing AI analysis, extracting information, or providing other platform services.

CREUW.AI reserves the right to deny or limit a refund request in cases of excessive platform usage, abuse of the refund policy, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances where substantial third-party processing costs have already been incurred.

05Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing error, please contact CREUW.AI promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

06How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription through your CREUW.AI account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate access. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
